Order Processing:

All orders are shipped within 5–7 business days.

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Pickup orders and gift card orders will be fulfilled within 72 hours.

Shipping Responsibility:

Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, it is no longer in our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with any information you may need for the process.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please double-check your address before completing your order.
  • If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order—we may be able to update it if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
  • If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address or offer a refund.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it—but additional shipping fees will apply.
  • If the package is lost or undelivered, you may contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
