Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Pickup orders and gift card orders will be fulfilled within 72 hours.

Shipping Responsibility:
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, it is no longer in our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with any information you may need for the process.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to resend the package.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged Items:
